Frequently Asked Questions - Inclement Weather
Class Hours: 8:30 - 3:30 p.m. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. with Coffee and Pastries and Lunch provided both days.
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. "Collaborative Learning Luncheons" are for all students to join their instructor for lunch and learning converations! Continental Breakfast and Lunch is provided both days complementary.
Course Materials: All Course Materials are provided and a Certificate of Completion is provided upon the completion of the course.
Course Cancellation: All classes are confirmed upon registration via purchase order, check or credit card payment. Cancellation with less than a 2 week notice will not be reimbursed. ThinkB!G will review the cancellation to determine if a reschedule is feasible. Students that no-show are not eligible for re-take without approval by ThinkB!G.
Inclement Weather Policy: ThinkB!G follows the Howard County Public School closure policy. In the event of closure, ThinkB!G will reschedule the class at quickly as possible. In the event of a 2 hour delay, class will start 2 hours later and end 2 hours later unless otherwise directed by the Instructor. Email notifications will be sent by by 5:30 a.m. on the morning of class to alert of any delays or cancellations.
Hearing Impaired/Special Needs: ThinkB!G uses computer aided technology accommodations to support users with special needs. Clients who wish you have an interpreter join them at their expense are welcome. ThinkB!G requires a 4 week advance notice of special needs students attending class.
