The company is an Adobe Authorized and Microsoft SharePoint Certification Training Center. In addition to these technologies, ThinkB!G is also offers Apple OS and Final Cut training to the Apple users and Video Production Multimedia Specialists.
ThinkB!G focuses on educating multimedia career professionals and developing technology Trainers through offering Comptia Certified Technology Trainer (CTT+) training program. We help organizations build the skills of their workforce. With Certification being critical to validating skills, ThinkB!G only uses Certified Instructors and Official Curriculum offered by technology vendors.
With a passion to assist organizations in implementing a learning strategy to increase the knowledge of workforce professionals, ThinkBIGLearnSmart works with executive management to design training solutions that scale training worldwide that is also measurable. ThinkB!G.LearnSmart is a U.S. Small Business Administration Certified Woman-Owned, Small Business HubZone Company.
ThinkB!G's learning roots began in 1993 with Abunassar as the E-Learning Microsoft Alliance Director for CBT Systems, now known as Skillsoft. Her mission was to create the and execution plan for content, delivery and adoption of the first Microsoft MCSE Online Certification Curriculum to its partners, customers and employees worldwide. In this monumental shift and adoption of online learning as a viable, scalable training delivery alternative, a new industry standard for training was established which other training organizations still follow today. The methodology, quality standards and focus on customers' needs is that same proven foundation that our clients and partners can still count on! Abunassar is part of the Howard County Maryland Equal Business Opportunity Commision as Chair, serves on the Technology Advisory Board for Howard Community College and serves as Networking Chair and Board Member of the Howard Technology Council.
Our Instructors.
ThinkBIGLearnSmart's instructors are all Adobe Certified Instructors (ACI) and Comptia Certified Technology Trainers (CTT+). In addition to being advisers and senior consultants in their respective areas of expertise. These instructors have extensive experience having trained at other educational institutions and training organizations such as Amananet, EEI Communications, Future Media Concepts, Sterling Ledet, University of Maryland and Howard Community College. ThinkBIGLearnSmart is grateful to have these prestigous instructors associated with our organization and to ensure our clients have the best expert for the project at hand. Our Commitment - No Student Left Behind.
ThinkB!G.LearnSmart believes that no student should be left behind. In this effort to support users with hearing impaired disabilities as part of the American Disabilities Act, ThinkB!G will provide computer aided technology blended with our one-on-one instruction to better support these students. Through the use of Adobe Connect technology, students are able to engage in learning through its strong visual and communications features/functions such as closed captioning. In addition, these training sessions are able to be recorded for students to access at a later time to reinforce training or to use as an online reference.
